Eligibility for Returns

- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Products that show signs of use or damage due to customer mishandling.
Return Process

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Refund Process

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be initiated instead.

Cancellations
