Today, we offer 1500+ products across 45 brands, serving both retail and industrial polymer markets. Shri Prem Narayan Verma
In 1989, Shri Prem Narayan Verma embarked on a mission to transform the polymer resins industry. A visionary industrialist with a deep passion for innovation, he recognized the urgent need for systematic manufacturing in an unmanaged and cluttered market. Starting with a small office and a modest factory, his unwavering commitment to quality laid the foundation for Trans Oceanic Chemicals Private Limited, now a renowned name in the world of polymers.
Beyond business, Shri Prem Narayan Verma has been a leader in social organizations like Junior Chamber International (NALANDA 1996 Batch), Lions, and Shared Vision (Netherlands). An active member of ISKCON, Vivekanand Kendra, and RSS, he has contributed immensely to public welfare.
With a gold-medalist commerce background, his academic brilliance and visionary leadership continue to inspire. Shri Prem Narayan Verma’s legacy is one of excellence, innovation, and a commitment to building a brighter future for the polymer industry and society.
Kunnal Verma
Kunnal Verma, the second-generation leader of Trans Oceanic Chemicals Private Limited, brings a unique blend of scientific curiosity, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit to the family business. With a strong science background and a passion for chemical research from an early age, he joined the business young, spearheading custom development projects for the Gulf market. Over the years, he has created 44 additional brands, formulating nearly 1500 products under different brands to cater to diverse markets.
A tech-savvy innovator, Kunnal excels at linking technology with business. His vision has expanded the company’s reach through a vast dealership network and strengthened its digital presence globally. Most of his time is spent in the company’s state-of-the-art research laboratory, formulating new ideas and exploring cutting-edge chemistries every day.
Beyond business, Kunnal has authored multiple research papers and sponsored polymer science projects at prestigious institutions like IIT. An animal lover and nature photography enthusiast, he also cherishes his roots as a sketch artist during his school days. His forward- thinking approach continues to shape the future of Trans Oceanic Chemicals, blending innovation with legacy.
